Bringing Hope to Innu Nation

This year our director Frank Shamrock was invited to Newfoundland Canada to speak with the Innu Nation community.

This first nations tribe are the indigenous people of Canada and over the past hundred years have been displaced from their native land and placed onto remote reservations.

This displacement and loss of the traditional way of life has caused many social problems that have torn families apart.

In Newfoundland Mr Shamrock visited two tribal communities speaking to their schools, group homes and holding public speaking and mentoring events for the youth.

Upon returning our advisory board agreed that further impact could be achieved if we returned.

Working with the chief we have decided to bring our annual Warriors Challenge event to Natuishish and rebuild a home for a family that has been forced to leave the community for lack of housing.

Our team will spend three days rebuilding a home and participating in mentoring events of youth and adults. Accompanying this event will be a traditional Innu Celebration that culminates with awarding the home to a family.

This is a once-in-a-lifetime event that will change your life as well as the lives of a community. Please consider joining us or donating to this wonderful experience.
