Yes, Frank Shamrock is the main instructor at the Shamrock Boys Ranch, teaching all MMA, Law Enforcement, VA and self defense programs, unless otherwise advertised. Mr. Shamrock is a highly decorated instructor and sports coach.
NO, MMA is for all ages and skill sets. The Shamrock MMA is perfectly designed to work the mechanics of your body so if you feel any pain, STOP and consult your instructor.
